Just have confidence, In interview , they will ask a lot to optimistic your solutions for time, so be prepared for that. For computer science field employee should be Prepare data structures,operating systems,Algorithms and DBMS well prior only. Kindly have a good knowledge of basic computer science concepts.  

once you cleared the technical interview it means more then half of your job is done . . the HR round is just an interaction round with the interviewer for the discussion of shifts and work location 2 out of 10 eliminates in HR round i.e 20 % chances to be eliminated but 80 % chances of your selection so be confident , a proper eye contact , sharp your communication skills before entering , believe in your strengths and leave the rest on your luck.

Q. Tell me about yourself / Introduce yourself ?

A. it's the most often and tricky question asked by interviewer. You need to have a short reply prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. If you are a starter - limit it to your study-related items or if you are experienced limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Talk about things you have done / achievement and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for. Start with your first job and reach to the recent one if you are  experience. Similar sequence can be adopted for the fresher in terms of course starting from school to college.

Q. Why should we hire you ?

A.  Please point out that's illusion points, Do not mention any other candidates to make a comparison,so your answer would be that When I hired by you ,it will be a great platform to show my skills through your company.what I set my goals, I ensure to complete the within restricted time which is given by you.

  Q. Why did you leave your last job?

A.  Always be positive regardless of the circumstances. In order to enhance my skill set which i wants, I am looking for better opportunities for my skills. 

Q. What experience do you have in this area of job? 

A.  It's about specifics knowledge , that relate to the position you are applying for. If you do not have specific experience, get as close as you can.

Q. Tell me your ability to work under pressure ?

A. I keep myself always calm,down and focus on multi tasking while being patient.

Q. What do co-workers say about you and what irritates you about them?

A. Be prepared with a quote or two from co-workers.I believe in team work,Even if I find anything irritating, I try to avoid it unless it personally affects me. 

Q. What do you know about this organization?

A. It's important for you because this question is one reason to do some research on the organization before the interview.

Q. What kind of salary do you need?

A. loaded question, A nasty little game that you will probably lose if you answer first. So,please do not answer on that's type of question. That's a tough question.   

Q. What are you expectation from job ?

A. Professionally advancement and good future.

Q. Are you a team player?

A. Yes, The team which I was a part of have successfully complete the projects work within deadlines.
