
Google no longer mandates the Covid-19 Vaccination for its US employees
Google no more mandates its employees for coming office and develop ease when it is looking for the return of its employees.
The company said it is lifting its temporary weekly Covid-19 testing policy for those accessing its offices in the US.

Google, a giant search engine company is making some relaxation to its norms that was made for the Covid-19 virus and also restoring perks when it announced the returning of its employees to offices.
Google’s VP David Radcliffe said in an email he sent to the San Fransisco Bay Area in which he explained the company has decided to give some relaxation for some earlier rules around vaccination, testing social distancing, and masks. Individually a spokesperson also said as the company has reserved courses and will not ask for Covid-19 vaccination certificates for working as a Google employee in the US but he denied giving further detail about the decision.
The change of the regulations of the company comes in the mid situation when a company requires some employees in offices. The company decision is based on the hybrid model which offers employees to choose whether they wanted to a cone office or they wanted to work from home. Google has also said the current decision and plan are not fixed for the future as the Corona cases surge could affect your decision in the future.
Radcliffe said in the related email “WE are at the beginning of the journey, so offices experience will feel pretty similar to what it was like pre-Covid,” Radcliffe also said, “we are designing and piloting options to support new ways of working together and we will gather insights, data, and feedback to help us learn as we go.”
Erickson said “We’re giving employees who welcome the chance to come into the office the option to do whatever we safely can while allowing those who are not ready to keep working from home,” also added, “based on the current conditions in the Bay Area we are pleased that our employees who choose to come in now can access to more onsite spaces and services to work and connect with colleagues.”
