In this article I have described how to used conditional expressions in excel sheet. Conditions are true or false and making logical comparisons between expressions are common to many tasks. You can use the AND, OR, NOT, and IF function to create conditional formulas.
For example if you want to check simple condition which have given below then apply given formula
Now apply condition using formula as below. Put “Logical Formula” column value into “Result” proceeding with “=” sign. For example write 5=6 as =5=6 and press enter button.
AND, OR, and NOT functions and operators
Used AND, OR and NOT operators as conditional statement as below image.
Used “Logical Expression” value into “Result” column with proceeding “=”. For example “AND(A2>A3, A2<A4)” used as “=AND(A2>A3, A2<A4)”.
IF condition with AND, OR and NOT
Below I have described how to use IF condition with AND, OR and NOT operator. See example in following image. For checking logical express output, copy “Logical Expression” value and paste after including “=” sing.
