The “Email” sent by Amazon is revealing a lot about the upcoming hectic season with work and also warned them to not commit “Suicide” from the pressure that you will have will affect your “Mental Health” says Amazon’s employee.
We all know how the big company Amazon is for makings the number of delivery and working in the system. The busy schedule of the company is threatening the employees and advising them to be prepared for the pressure that will be deluged in the upcoming days of sales.

The giant e-commerce company amazon told through an email to their employees about the mental pressure which will come in the sale days like the ‘Prime Day Sale’ that is going to be introduced in the upcoming time. This sale is hosted every year for the Prime members, during such time the sales reach at the peak and at such time it is very difficult to handle the pressure of work in the road as well as in the office. Such time of sale demands hard work and forces the employee to stand at their toe. Such sales require the employees to work hard without taking any leave including overtime work.

“Peak is a busy time for our entire team as everyone is dedicated to helping customers receive their holiday package on time. It’s easy to feel stressed and overwhelmed. And while most of us never pose a risk to others, some people can act out in a way that causes concern. This could be due to many factors in their lives, not just what they experience at work. Regardless of the cause, workplace violence is never the answer”.
The above email was leaked by the company employee on the condition that the information about his identity should not be revealed by publication. The harbinger told the publication that such email was not sent by the company not even in the busy schedule on such Prime sale days or any other. Further saying that he has been working in the company for several years but, never received such an email in which it warned the employee of the company for their Mental Health and stress over mind that can affect his colleague in the office.

In the email, it was also endorsed that the workload can lead you to commit suicide, further the email said “Remember that your mental health matters. If you are experiencing stress, depression feeling, anxiety, or suicidal thoughts, please talk with your manager, a human resources business partner, or a mental health professional.” In short, the company said that the employee can take the manager or any other professional help in such circumstances.
The informant, which is a former employee of the company also told that there are already such persons that are creating problems for the company. Whereas the company spokesperson had refused regarding such email and told “we know it has been a tough year and a half for everyone and like most large companies, we work to support our teams in many ways. This includes providing resources throughout the whole year for anyone who may be dealing with such stress in their personal lives with personal issues or at working place, and making sure that they feel seen and able to ask for help if they need it”.
