Issue-After converting http to https website is not indexing.

Hi Guys 

Earlier my website run on http platform after I convert my url http to https. I used .htaccess file to redirect my website on https. But after redirected website is not indexing and I don't know about how to resolve this problem?Please help me.

I would really appreciate your help.

First check your url as SEO friendly redirect it or not. You can check with the help of this tool - http://www.webconfs.com/redirect-check.php.
