Failed to package application. [ERR] stbuild exited with non-zero code : 6

I am getting following error while trying to package sencha app in android simulator.

Failed to create android project

Failed to package application.

[ERR] stbuild exited with non-zero code : 6

I follow this article step by step:

If you're using the latest versions of Sencha Touch (2.4) and Sencha Cmd (5.0.x) then you need to use Cordova or PhoneGap - STBuild is no longer supported. That may be the issue.
