You can do this :
$('.my-link').html('andlt;a href="http://www.mindstick.com"andgt;Mindstickandlt;/aandgt;');
But it would add the hyperlink to alland .my-linkand divs, so it's better to add anand IDand to div and use theand IDand onand jquery code.
