Here are the some Limitations of JavaScript

 You cannot treat JavaScript as a full-fledged programming language without any demerits and it lacks the following important features −

  • First, Client-side JavaScript does not allow the reading and writing of any files , it has been kept for security reason.
  • Second, it cannot be used for applications of networking its mainly because there is no such support available.
  • Third, it doesn't have any multi-threading or multiprocessor capabilities. 

But, JavaScript is a lightweight and interpreted programming language which allows us to build interactivity into static HTML pages.
