
Crypto.com officially signed a sponsorship deal for the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup
Cryptocurrency is still an unauthorized currency in India after Nirmala Sitharaman announced CBDC as an Indian Digital Rupee in the 2022-2023 Budget Session of Parliament. Where countries ban the use of Crypto, the crypto exchange platforms like Crypto.com will sponsor the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Crypto.com has eventually secured a sponsorship deal with the world’s most viewed sports event FIFA World Cup 2022 which is going to be played in Qatar this year. As per the deal announcement, the crypto exchange platform Crypto.com will get the major branding boost, the crypto trading platform also securing branding rights within and outside the football game venue. The Singapore-based crypto exchanging platform now will be the exclusive crypto trading platform in Qatar.
As per the press release announced, crypto.com users will also get an opportunity to watch the live football game in Qatar during the FIFA World Cup and can win the special merchandise. The total compensation for the deal signed by the crypto platform is still undisclosed.
