Not able to send email on Bigpond, how to fix this?

If you are not able to send email on Bigpond, you can follow the steps below to resolve it:

 On your incoming server setting, change the detail to ‘imap.telstra.com’ with port number 995.

 Your outgoing mails server should be ‘smtp.telstra.com’ with port number 25.

Make these changes to your incoming and outgoing server and check if the problem has been resolved. If it still hasn’t then you can contact Bigpond technical support to gain access to help and assistance from professional employees.
