Under the production cycle, production work is done in a phased manner. It runs like a loop. It has five phases, start, use, feedback, improvement, development. The most important phase during this phase is feedback. Hotjar, Heatmap Analysis, Serviquette, Qualaroo, Typeform, Google Form, Usabilla, UserResponse etc. are important tools.

With the help of these tools, information about user behavior, content engagement, collecting customer feedback, lead generation etc. is obtained. 

With the help of content marketing and digital marketing and various related and competitive websites, we can get information about customer behavior, choice, test. 

With the help of feedback, the quality of product and product can be improved. Important decisions can be taken for promotion and branding.

Customer preferences and preferences can be understood. Information is obtained about which type of content or product the customer wants modification in the services. For example, with the help of survey form, Google form, Google reward, comment, review, post like, subscribe etc. we can know the user's point of view.  What is the user's judgment about the product and service? This customer feedback metric measures customer experience, customer satisfaction level, satisfaction, convenience, compatibility, interface, user enjoyment, and happiness. This helps us assess whether the user is happy with the product and services or not. If the user is happy with the product and services, it means that the user can convert the form into a lead.

Targeted marketing can be applied on this, which can refer and recommend others to use the product and services.

To know the customer satisfaction score, you can collect feedback in the form of survey links, feedback scores, customer reviews, user comments, product and service improvement suggestions, feedback forms, suggestions, inspiration, tips and ideas etc.

Suggestions and Reviews:

Important steps should be taken to give better guidance and direction to users like tutorial videos, demos, video introductions, step by step guidance, videos, ebooks, free resources, blog posts, videos, infographics, webinars, reels, review sites, showing customer comments or ratings, certifications, media coverage etc. We can give user information and user suggestions, during feedback we can do the following things like redesigned and redeveloped website, enhanced content, enhanced quality of product and service, increased target audience etc.

Recommendations and Relative Content: 

We can get different types of suggestions and recommendations from users, which can inspire us to write different types of content. It can also encourage us to use different techniques in branding and promotion of products and services.

We can generate variety of content from user recommendations and related content through link building, guest writing, feature writing, backlinks, social media links, contact forms links etc. which increases the content and increases the ranking. Other related content, other content, reference material, popular resources etc. can be provided to provide other information about products and services.
