Benefits of Vitamin C for Skin Whitening and Lightening

Introduction

When we talk about Vitamin C, we look at vegetables and fruits such as Lemon, potato, tomato, broccoli cauliflower, apple, strawberry, papaya, kiwi, pineapple, cantaloupe etc. From ages benefits of Vitamin C for Skin Whitening and Lightening have passed to offspring. Now a days there are many products with vitamin c for skin whitening, but they include preservatives which are not so good for our health.

With advanced studies, we can find out many vitamin c tablets and supplements available in the market but they have a few negative effects. In this article, we will learn about the effective ways to use Vitamin C if you want a glowing and fair skin. Remember, your skin can only get fairer day by day and you should not expect a black man to turn white. Hehehe

Vitamin C Skin Bleaching and Whitening

1. Consume Vitamin C through Food

Many people have the misconception that, Vitamin C will only work if you apply it on the affected area or the skin. No, it is a myth. When you consume the right amount of vitamin C through juice salad, food, fruits, vegetables or tablets, the bloodstream will carry Vitamin C to every part of your body. This helps in reducing the pigmentation and balances the melanin level. Drink lemonade, pineapple juice or any other food or drink, which has a high amount of Vitamin C in it. After a few days, you will notice that your skin is glowing. To make most out of it, drink as much as water as possible.

2. Vitamin C Serum

If you want a fairer skin make sure that you follow a routine, which suits your skin. For dry skins, choose a vitamin C serum, which has a better moisturizing effect. For oily skin, you can choose for a serum with high Vitamin C concentration. Wash your face with foaming face wash gel or exfoliating soap. After the wash pat dries your skin. Apply the serum and leave it for one hour. You can leave it for longer periods of time for a better effect. Vitamin C Serum may not have any side effects except drying your skin. But, overdoing may lead to bad pores.

3. Choose the Right Type

Vitamin C concentration is very important. If you want good results with zero side effects then go for vitamin C concentration of 15 to 20%. L-Ascorbic acid is beneficial as it will penetrate the skin in an effective way. As every product has lifetime Vitamin C should be of high freshness and quality. Oxidizing the extract will have a very low effect. So, use fresh products or homemade remedies. PH Pig your skin determines the skin glowing and shade of fairness. If it's too low then there will be an irritation. Choose a product based on your skin PH level. If you are not sure then use Apple cider vinegar as it balances the PH level of the skin and it has Vitamin C in it.

4. Vitamin C Home Remedies

There are plenty of homemade remedies, which we can use for Skin Whitening. Again as informed earlier, it is better to understand the skin type before you go for any remedy. If you have oily skin then you can go for extreme Vitamin C remedies such as ACV mixed with baking soda in equal proportion along with Aloe Vera juice. If your skin is too dry then simple ACV wash or tomato and potato mixture will give you best results. If your skin is in between then go for lemon juice with Aloe Vera or lemon juice with potato for best results.

Important Thing to Be Considered.

Remember to use Vitamin C in the appropriate quantity and also remember to use the mixture of Vitamin C for Skin Whitening to get the best results within weeks. It is better to consume organic fruits and vegetables with Vitamin C rather than going for company products with Vitamin C. Drink a lot of water and use exfoliation and miniaturization routine and get glowing and fairer skin.
