Its main objective is to promote health awareness around the world and provide better food to the consumers. 

For this, they have not resorted to any kind of middleman because whenever the products and services reach from one party to another due to the presence of middlemen in the supply chain, additional price and market price gets added to its selling price. So that their profit margin can be obtained but the consumer suffers the most from this as he has to get the product and service at a higher price.
