Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 was just launched in the US, Canada, and Japan as the replacement to the Surface Laptop 3 from October 2019. The most modern emphasis in Microsoft's Surface Laptop series appears in Intel and AMD configurations. It is 13.5-inch and a 15-inch Surface Laptop 4 variants, both of them are touch-enabled and appear with Windows Hello face authentication. They possess an aluminum casing with choices for Alcantara or metal palm support. Surface Laptop 4 also emphasizes a higher 3:2 aspect ratio for its performance.

Surface Laptop 4 runs Windows 10 Home and appears in a 13.5-inch and a 15-inch display size. The 15-inch variant can be implemented with an 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor or an AMD Ryzen 7 4980U processor.

Surface Laptop 4 appears with up to 32GB of LPDDR4x RAM also up to 1TB of SSD storage.
