The new tool will be designed to be accessible and comfortable for the consumer. The purpose of the chatbot can be defined by the person and role, making the process easy and simple.
It will allow creating chat bots according to specific needs such as productivity assistant, so that the person can work as a personal assistant for entertainment or productivity.

It will provide pre-defined suggestions to the user, which will help set the initial steps in the user post.  With its help, creating an artificial intelligence character will become easy and simple. It will allow the user to do zero coding.

This tool will help the user to create a personal artificial intelligence assistant in an easy way. This tool will work within WhatsApp itself and the user can keep the custom avatar created by it private, which will help shape the tone and behavior and look of the chatbot, etc. and share them in chat groups and other social media.

This feature will be added in beta in both iOS and Android. A new "AIs" tab has been introduced in the app's interface that will display all custom chat boards along with other public artificial intelligence characters to facilitate communication interface and management. 

WhatsApp also offers end-to-end encryption that keeps conversations private and secure with chatbots.

With this, individual messages in chats and groups will remain confidential. The feature is currently in the testing phase and there is no official release date yet. WhatsApp continues to refine and improve this feature, promising more updates as development progresses.
