Zoom Rooms launches new features to have an exciting working experience in your comfort zone!

Zoom has introduced the general availability of its Zoom Rooms which are expected to promote post-pandemic hybrid working culture. Well, you must know it is distinctive from that of regular Zoom Meetings.

Smart work with smart feature

Zoom Rooms is nothing but a smart conference room that switches on your smart ideas with a lively working experience. You can try this version of meetings with a subscription of Rs 4,300 per month. It is incorporated with exclusive features like one-touch join to video calls, optimized wireless connectivity, smart whiteboarding for collaborative editing and annotation, and more.

Its Kiosk Mode of the room lets you fix the meeting with the virtual receptionist on a touch device. To enable it you are required to customize the "Start Meeting" button on the zoom rooms for the touch device in the lobby to form a connection between a virtual receptionist and visitors.

The company says, “Zoom Rooms is designed to run on hardware and appliances as a dedicated meeting environment for shared spaces (such as conference rooms) and ideal for group collaboration."

Its Neat Bar device has a Neat Sense feature, responsible for controlling and managing the air quality and humidity in the room.

You can also acknowledge the counting of people present in the meeting in real-time on the Zoom Dashboard and Scheduling Display.  Moreover, pairing a Zoom Room with one's mobile and sharing a whiteboard on Zoom chat is also possible.

According to the company, an employee gets the additional facilities here like pairing iOS or Android mobile client to a Zoom Room, join zoom room meetings directly from the client, and the mobile client can be located in a companion mode during the meeting.
