Cocoa is Apple's native object-oriented application programming interface (API) for their operating system OS X and Cocoa Touch is  UI Framework  or building software programs to run on iOS (for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad), watchOS for the Apple Watch, and tvOS .
