I want to call server side line of code on button tap (click) in Sencha Touch 2.2, how to get it?

You simply use Ajax Request to call the server side code with MVC Web API.

Ext.Ajax.request({
    dataType: 'JSONP',
    url: '/api/',
    params: values,
    method: 'POST',
success: function(response){
 },
    failure : function(response) {
     }
});
