In HTML 5 you can use :
<body>
<mark>MindStick</mark> 
<body>

Highlight text with CSS & HTML:
<style>
body { background-color:blue; }
.highlightme { background-color:#FFFF00; }
p { background-color:#FFFFFF; }
</style>

For example:
