Implement Status bar and Navigation Bar on top of UIView

My problem is with the status bar and navigation bar, I am unable to came both on top of UIView.
how can i implement both in a proper way, Please help me to over come this problem?

If you are using translucent status bar and a translucent navigation bar then your problem’s solution is here:
To set the status bar use:

[[UIApplication sharedApplication] setStatusBarStyle:
                                   UIStatusBarStyleBlackTranslucent];

To set the navigation bar use:

theNavigationController.navigationBar.barStyle = UIBarStyleBlackTranslucent;
