Trekking is the most popular spot in Nepal. Are you planning for any kind of trekking sport? First, think about the country Nepal, a country with thousands of trekking trails and even more trails are not discovered yet. So you may think about trekking in Nepal. Trekking is one of the most popular adventure sports and this small country has one of the ultimate destinations for the thousands and millions of trekker from the different parts of the world. It has fantastic landscapes, amazing snow-capped mountain covering the hills and the with the different kinds of rare birds and animals, varieties of flowers along the trekking trails glacier lakes, with rock and sloppy hills. which attracted the millions and millions of trekker around the world. 

The world highest peak Mount Everest is located in Nepal. The height of Mount Everest is 8,848 m and popularly called in Nepal as Sagarmatha. Nepal is also popular in the most world highest peak containing country around the globe. Out of 14 world highest peak eight highest peaks are located in Nepal.

The different mountain over 8,ooo m are mt. Kanchenjunga, mt.cho you, mt. Lhotse, mt.Manaslu, mt.Annapurna. Nepal is a home country for the mountain over 1,300 peaks above 6,000 peaks in the world. So it has also declared that Nepal is so much popular in trekking sport and definitely you can reach all these mountains through trekking.

Everest Trekking Region 

The world's tallest mountain in the world is Mount Everest also regarded as a holiday place, trekking and most adventure place in the world. Trekking to Everest Base Camp is very exciting and adventurous and also experience Tibetian Buddhist culture and custom. Everest trekking region is a vast area located in Nepal north mid east Himalayan range of mountains. Around the Everest area, one can trek hike and explore the different living style of people. One of the most popular trekking destinations around the EBC is Thyangboche Monastery by trekking the high passes to the most beautiful lake Gokyo Lake. At the time of trekking, you can also find lots of alpine woodland of rhododendron, fir, pine, birch trees see all those beautiful sites along with amazing monasteries.   

Annapurna Trekking Region 

Annapurna Trekking regions offer the most exciting and adventurous trek after Everest trekking site. Annapurna trekking has been so much popular from some years ago and it has taken to the optimum level by the help of the local. Before the discovery of mount, Everest Annapurna has been so popular as the world's highest peak. The region is protected by the Annapurna Conservation Area. It has cover the area of 7,629 sq km.and also home of the 100,000 of different types of culture and a linguist group in that place. So you will experience a lot of Annapurna community people, their foods and drinks. Never forget to experience everything that they provide to us. 

Langtang Trekking Region 

It is the third most popular trekking destination in Nepal after Everest and Annapurna. Lantang is popular for Tamang community people or a Tamang Heritage Trails because you will get chance to trek through the Tamang villages. You will also get some opportunity to reach on the lap of the Langtang Lirungwhich is an amazing Helambu valley. YOU will get a chance to see the Tamang Culture performance of Hyolmo indigenous valley.
