Re-engaging Dormant Users: 

The user who has joined once on the landing page, we have redirected him to the landing page. As per the time and requirements, when the product and services were needed, he gave us business and market, but due to changing time and requirement, either he is preferring the competitor's product and services or due to market trends, he has moved to some new product. 

On the landing page, due to the changing qualities of user's compatibility, satisfaction preference and taste, he has now become dependent on some other products. So it is necessary that we bring him back to the landing page and bring these inactive users back to the landing page. The competitive market and market are expanding due to increasing globalization and digitalization. 

User expectations and conditions about the product are increasing a lot. Due to constantly changing market trends and user's test preference ,compatibility satisfaction qualities, it is very necessary to have constant updates and supervision in the products.

Encourage users to post comments, reviews and feedback about the product and through this we can find out how many times the user is visiting the landing page and using the product or services and based on that we need to do targeted marketing. 

For this we can do important analysis and assessments like customer satisfaction testing, customer service feedback, CAT analysis (competitors, audience, trends), A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.
