A founder brings products and services to the market by analyzing market strategy, marketing goals, competitive analysis, startup analysis, user preference, user testing, user requirement, etc. 

Visionary Founders: 

These are the founders who customize and design products and services according to user convenience, compatibility, interface capability, etc. with a vision and future outlook. 

High-Level Thinking: 

They assess the current problems and test the available solutions from them and generate a new solution from those solutions that can help the user in an easy, simple, and convenient way. For example, Steve Jobs, Founder of Apple, Bezos, Founder of Amazon, Elon Musk, Founder of SpaceX, Ritesh Agarwal, Founder of Oyo Rooms. They develop a new product and services to help the customer with the help of market strategy, market analysis, data analytics, competitive analysis, digital marketing, content marketing, various platforms, website ,applications, etc.

Risk Management:

Visionary founders assess the framework of future fluctuations in the market in advance due to future outlook, understand the diversity of the market, strategic planning is already done by analyzing the elements having risk factor, such as financial stability, stakeholders, market value, market price, brand and promotion, marketing trends and changing customer trends, impact of political and social factors on the product, etc. The strategy and approach is prepared in advance. 

Problem Solution Approach: 

They work to increase the level of user satisfaction. Its main purpose is to find out how the current situation can be improved according to the current circumstances.

High Revenue Generating Approach: 

When a new product is launched for the market and user, it increases the production in the market and creates seamless compatibility, satisfaction, etc. in the user's life. 

Market Monopoly Decline Approach:

It breaks the monopoly of a product. Monopoly means when the production and manufacturing of a product is determined by a specific group or person, due to which the market price does not change. The user gets the product at the market price only.

Due to this, the value of the product increases but connectivity is not established between the user and the product. Due to this, high profit margins and revenue is generated for specific groups or individuals. But the right founder brings a new product to the market with a new idea. If the user gets a better compatibility ,satisfaction option from the products available in the market, due to this, a standardization system is implemented in the market, the user can get the product at a reasonable price with cost efficiency.

Operational CEO: 

They create organizational discipline according to operations and performance and efficiency which are decided by stakeholder management and prioritize sustainable development. Their practical leadership is valued which includes production generation, sales ,output ,development, customer service and marketing ,promotion, prioritizing work, making the system scalable and effective, developing operational and departmental infrastructure.

Process-oriented: 

They organize the work floor and manage and monitor it so that the efficiency of the organization and manpower is improved, productivity of work is increased so that the revenue generation system can be enhanced. 

Rick Management: 

For customer satisfaction and compatibility and convenience, the customer focuses on multiple prototype models, multiple prototype testing, prototype deployment testing, maintenance management, etc. and works on the quality of the product. It improves and changes the operational and departmental infrastructure to manage the risk. It assesses and analyzes market trends to deliver the product to the customer.

Both visionary founder and operational founder work for the market and the organization. The role of both is different as both have different goals, approach, goals, objectives and targets. It is common in both of them because of their infrastructure, prototypes, models, outputs, systems approach etc. 

Both futuristic approach and operational approach are essential for organizational infrastructure. It is decided at the organization level. Its parameters are determined on the fulfillment of services offered to the customers
