The word Vata means to blow and move like the wind. Vata contains elements such as air and space and governs all movements of the mind and body. It controls blood circulation in the brain, removal of waste products, breathing, and thinking movements. Vata is dry, cold, light, mobile, changeable, thin, rough, and fast.

Pitta Dosha and Capadosha cannot be done without them, therefore Vata is considered the forerunner of the three Ayurvedic figures. It is very important to maintain the Vata balance.

 How to Balance Vata Dosha

 1. Warm and calm:

When you relax, you can feel calm and peaceful. It helps to have a warm and comfortable place, a warm bed, and a hot shower. Ayurveda also stipulates massaging the body with oil for the best balance of Vata. You can do a traditional Ayurvedic body massage or self-massage called Abhyanga. Various steam and heat treatments then help stabilize the vata. You can use an electric heat pad, hot stone, or steam room. In ancient times, they heated a large stone and a man lay on it so that he robbed plenty of data. Therefore, different types of steam and heat treatment are specified for different types of Vataimbalace.

2. Feed yourself:

One of the main factors affecting Vata is food. Cold foods, frozen foods, large beans, dry foods, and bitter, acrid, and pungent foods make Vata worse. However, it can be taken with sweet, fatty, and rich foods to balance the sweet, sour, and salty taste. Warm foods balance Vata, while chilled and frozen foods do not. That's why it's important to understand how different types of food affect your body.

3. Find stability through meditation:

Along with meditation, massage, and various steam and heat treatments, it helps to balance and soothe Vata. These life-supporting habits allow Vata to be more or less balanced and remove minor aches and pains from the body. These positive actions help balance Vata. this

The body is divided into seven substances: blood, muscle tissue, adipose tissue, bone, bone marrow, lymph, and reproductive fluid. Balancing the affected area is easy once you know which part is unbalanced.

Specific treatments are available for almost all known conditions of the body. This is because such symptoms can be understood as 10 pairs of opposing forces. When the patient's constitution and condition characteristics are known, an experienced practitioner who knows the treatment characteristics can design a treatment program adjusted to these contradictory characteristics. These qualities provide the body with essential energy and raw materials needed to support the healing process.
