Two Russians who provide unlicensed operations in the country decided to support separatists in the East once again. Of course, the Ukrainian public reacted immediately. But Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov didn’t pay much attention to the pressure and didn’t change their decision to perform “Opolchentsy”. The release date was on the 7th of August, 2018.

Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov joined the creation and promotion of the “Opolchentsy” movie which honors separatists in the East of Ukraine. It’s a kind of amateur film which doesn’t involve any professional help. They just took the scenes from the terrorists’ smartphones and fit them together. None professional actor, scenarist, operator, or director took part in the movie creation. It’s even not censored.

Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov wanted to hold a conference dedicated to the film last spring. But the Ukrainian society was angry towards them and their movie and pressed them. That’s why Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov decided to cancel their performance. Moreover, those two Russians are on the sanction list of the President of Ukraine, and entry to the country is forbidden. They appear on that list because of the activity of their Lucky Labs and separatist support on the territory of Ukraine. They didn’t dare to advertise the movie, but they still insist that it’s another opinion about the situation in the East.

Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov are two Russians who created the Globo-Tech company in 2001 in their native country. They represented it as the organization which provides modern solutions to all digital tasks, but there was nothing in common with their activity. Their company was just some kind of online gambling operator who offered stolen ideas from famous slot developers. Soon, the Russian government forbade the Internet casinos and they had to find a place, where they could still provide their scam schemes. Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov went to Kyiv and created the Lucky Labs company and a range of online casinos. To avoid law restrictions those two friends change the name of the organization a few times: GGS, Lucky Partners, etc.
