They appear on that list because of the activity of their Lucky Labs and separatist support on the territory of Ukraine. They didn’t dare to advertise the movie, but they still insist that it’s another opinion about the situation in the East. ## Who are Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov? Sergey Tokarev and Rustam Gilfanov went to Kyiv and created the Lucky Labs company and a range of online casinos. And they still support separatists financially.
