Keep away from spicy, fatty and fried food

Early meals

You should eat early which means that the stomach is not full when you are lying down. This is not going to push the acid and make you insane all through the day. Ideally, you should not eat before 3 hours a day.

Do not lay on the job

Once you have had your food does not lay down after an hour of your meal. Provide an opportunity for the food to digest as otherwise, it can lead to the acid influx. The body is formed for this as the acid would make its way on to the intestines in a better way whereas more nutrients would go on to the placenta and the baby.

Stay away from tight clothes

For all the fashion divas a point to watch out. Just ensure that the tight fitted clothes do not be a hindrance for your belly in any way. it is not only comfortable but you will find that it pushes back on to the uterus.

Posture is important

You would be sick to hear all this for the rest of your life, but posture really seems to be important. Once you sit up straight everything is expected to be in the right direction. This should be away from the throat and less discomfort.
