So below are the steps which should be in mind making an attractive and reachable profile - 

Step 1.Email ID: You must have your email ID and you must be registered at MindStick. ( If you don't know how to register? Click here )

Step 2. Logged In: Now as you logged in at MindStick ( www.mindstick.com ) take your cursor at your profile picture at the top right corner. 

Step 3. A drop-down menu will appear to click on the profile button to go to the Profile section to make your profile look attractive. 

Step 4. Your profile will appear in a new window, so now you can change or edit your desired options. 

Step 5. Profile Photo: The most important part of any profile is the profile picture. Profile pictures develop a visual connection between users, making it essential for users to pick the right image.

Profile pictures should be identifiable as relating to your business, your profile image must be artistic and attractive. 

Above all, use quality images. Few essential rules to keep in mind:

• Images should not be blurry, it must be clear.
• Make images mild and visually striking - Make in mind that most of the time, users will only see a reduced variant of the image as all images are compressed after updating. 
• Use images that are in the correct aspect ratio according to the MindStick format, which is 400 x 400 pixels.
• Always meet the minimum image size requirements.
• Your companies logo or branding must be there on the profile picture. 

To change your Profile Picture: 

• As you reach the Profile go to the left corner under the "Setting" menu you will get a "Profile Photo" button.

• As you click on the "Profile Photo" button a new window will appear where you can upload your profile photo.

• Now Click on the "Choose File" option to choose a picture of your company from your storage and click on the "Save" button to upload your profile photo.

Step 6. Profile Banner: Now secondly Profile Banner or Cover Picture is also equally important at MindStick, Your Profile Banner is the large horizontal picture at the top of your profile, right above your Profile Photo. All Banner photos are unrestricted for the public, which means that anyone hitting your profile will be able to observe them. 

Above all, use quality images. Few essential rules to keep in mind:

• Use images that are in the correct aspect ratio according to the MindStick format, which is 1170 x 360 pixels.
• Always meet the minimum image size requirements.
• Your companies logo or branding must be there on the profile banner image.

To Upload a Profile Banner follow these steps:

• As you reach the Profile go to the left corner under the "Setting" menu you will get a "Profile Banner" button.

• As you click on the "Profile Banner" button a new window will appear where you can upload your Banner image.

Now Click on the "Choose File" option to choose a picture of you from your storage and click on the "Save" button and your banner image will be uploaded successfully.

Appropriate Image Vs Inappropriate Image 

Step 7. Basic Info: is also needed to tell everyone about your companies name, former registered name, opening date, industry type, email address, about and then click on the "Save" option to change your changes. 

Step 8. Contact Info: Contact info. consist of your contact info like Address or Location. 

Step 9. Language and Skills: These two options let people know your companies official Languages and their skills in which they work and progress.

Step 10. Now there's a "Premium" option on your profile which includes 

• Award Premium
• FAQ Premium
• Portfolio Premium
• Users Premium
• Gallery Premium

These options let you add your Awards, Images, and Portfolios to throw impressions about their progress and achievements. 

Step 11. Change Password: And lastly, the Change Password option helps you change your old password from New to keep your Business profile safe against online frauds.
