We often observe that with the rising app usage people care less about the money they spend. Why is that? When there were, no online services and people used to go to the shops to buy something, or even when they used to hire a cab, they were seen to argue a lot about the fares and products’ prices. Now it seems more as if they do not care about the prices or fares.

There was a time, when there were no online shopping platforms and no cab booking services. Things were difficult and took more time. People were seen to be more involved and interested in getting the best in less. Now people, who create an app like uber, Amazon, flip kart, food panda and many other online apps, have fixed the prices for whatever you buy and for every service they provide. However, unlike the old times, there is no scale of argument left on the online platforms.

Why do people still buy from the online platforms? Or use online app services, without comparing the fares or prices with the regular found options?

Well maybe, the answer is simple people want ease and convenience. When they get it, they do not compare it with the regular stuff that might actually be cheap. Same way people tend to use the online cab booking services even when they have to go just a block away, they could easily walk to the place in no time! However, with all the options in the hands why should they?

People now focus more on their convenience even when it is about products or services! They only choose the way in which no efforts are required to get the tasks done. However, it is often seen that the online prices of products are higher than the market. The cabs that we book online charge more fares for shorter routes as they work with a base fare system. Many factors become a cause of higher prices and fares of online services but people being so addicted of the comfort, neglect the fact and rely on the same ways!
