
MakeMyTrip offers voice-assisted travel bookings in Indian Language using Microsoft AI
Travel Bookings with the help of using the Voice-Assisted feature in the Indian language in MakeMyTrip comes after the company collaborated with Microsoft AI-based innovation. At present, the beta version of this integration has been open to use in English and Hindi for flights and holiday customers.

MakeMyTrip, provide traveling-related details including tickets and more, now able to use the Voice command feature after collaborating with Microsoft to use Generative AI. This will enable the users to book their traveling tickets in the voice mode commands in the Indian language.
The travel-oriented company told in a letter that the newly featured platform tech stack is powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Cognitive Services that will converse with the users to offer personalized travel commands based on their preferences and depict the best holidays package based on variable inputs like occasion, budget, activity preferences, time of travel and more, including the bookings of these packages.
“We have pioneered offerings at the intersection of e-commerce, travel, and technology, and are proud to introduce a feature that breaks down the barriers of language, literacy, inability to navigate complex app environments, and physical impairments, said MakeMyTrip.
The company added, “This generative AI integration through our collaboration with Microsoft involves simple visual cues and voice commands in native Indian Languages that will alter the landscape of travel bookings hereon forth.” CEO of MakeMyTrip and group Rajesh Magow said.
At present, the beta version of the integration has been announced in English and Hindi for flights and holiday customers.
