I am getting following error while trying to connect to the SQL Server 2017.
Login to Microsoft SQL Server Error: 18456
Please let me know how to fix this issue.

When logging into SQL Server and entered invalid credentials than The message Login Failed for User (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 18456) occurred .
Administrative permissions to connect to the server not for Microsoft SQL Server Management with a user.
follow these steps to fix your problem:
1-Right click on the server and click Properties follows
2-Go to the Security page which you want to access
3-Under Server authentication choose the SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode radio button for select your choice .
4-Click OK choice of message shown in window
5-Restart SQL Services and wait to fix your problems.
