I have meeting notes that are more fragments than minutes: half-finished sentences, shorthand, and decisions mixed in with discussion. I’d like Claude to pull out decisions and follow-up tasks, but I don’t want it assigning an owner just because someone happened to mention a task.
What wording or review process has worked for keeping action item ownership grounded in what was actually said? I’m especially interested in whether Claude can flag an unclear owner instead of filling in the gap with a confident guess.
