Ensure to check the points listed below-

  • Account Verification: You can't log in using the correct user ID and password if your account has not been verified.
  • Account Blocked: Blocked Account user can't log in even using the correct user ID and Password.
  • Network Issue: Ensure you have a proper internet connection. Sometimes you can't log in due to poor internet in the MindStick Training Portal.

You can successfully log in after checking all the above points.
