Follow these steps if you can't log in using the correct user ID and [password](https://www.mindstick.com/blog/118/retriving-user-password-by-using-stored-procedure-in-asp-dot-net) in the [MindStick Training Portal](https://training.mindstick.com/).

Ensure to check the points listed below-

- **Account Verification**: You can't log in using the correct user ID and password if your account has not been verified.
- **Account Blocked**: Blocked Account user can't log in even using the correct user ID and Password.
- **Network Issue**: Ensure you have a proper internet connection. Sometimes you can't log in due to poor internet in the MindStick Training Portal.

You can successfully log in after checking all the above points.
