Managing a bulk team can seem to be difficult but if the proper ways can be followed then it seems to be easy.The ways which can be followed here:

  1. Effective communication:This is one of the most essential ways to get ensured that each of the team members are working in the right direction and they can feel free to discuss their problems whereas the works can get done in a smooth way.
  2. Stating responsibilities:Before going into the work it is important for everyone to know specific roles  and responsibilities so that each of the team members can focus on their specific responsibility to get the work done.
  3. Positive work envioronment:It is always better to maintain a positive work environment where people can get self motivated and energitic in their works which help them to enjoy their work as well.
  4. Setting example:As it is a team work and team members tend to follow the team leader most of the time so being a team leader,it is required to show how to work effectively and how to connect with team members to cooperate with them.
  5. Generating feedback:Feedback of work is always important to team members so being a team leader it is required to give feedback on a regular basis and in case of negative feedback it is important to keep in mind that to represent the feedback in such a way that team members get motivated and get confidence to give their bests next time.
  6. Giving rewards:For motivating the team members more,it is better to recognize their efforts and to reward them for their success so that they get more encouraged into work.
