Home treatment
Treatment for bears depends on the underlying cause. However, some home remedies can help.
General method: Apply
Cold compress. A cold compress can reduce swelling, constrict enlarged blood vessels, and reduce the appearance of puffiness and dark circles. Wrap a few ice cubes in a clean cloth and apply to your eyes. You can moisten the washcloth with cold water and apply it to the skin under the eyes for 20 minutes to achieve the same effect.
Get extra sleep. Keeping up with sleep also helps reduce the appearance of bears. Lack of sleep can make your skin look pale and your bears more prominent.
Please lift your head. Sleep deprivation can play a role in the formation of bags under the eyes, but sometimes it's a result of how you sleep. Try raising your head with some pillows. This will prevent water from pooling under your eyes and will make them look plump and puffy.
Drink enough Please do your best to drink more water. Other fluids, such as milk, tea, and juice, can also help with hydration. Eating fruits and vegetables also contribute to your overall fluid intake.
Keep it in the tea bag. The tea contains caffeine and antioxidants that help boost circulation, constrict blood vessels and reduce the accumulation of water under the skin. Soak 2 bags of black or green tea in hot water for 5 minutes and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Once cool, put the tea bag on your closed eyes for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove your eyes and rinse with cold water.
Try eye cream. There are many eye creams on the market. You can reduce the appearance of bears by moisturizing and smoothing the skin around the eyes.
Hide it with makeup. If you want to camouflage a bear, you can cover it with a concealer suitable for your normal skin tone. Like other topical treatments and makeup, it can cause irritation and allergic reactions. If you experience any side effects, discontinue use and consider consulting your doctor.
