How to troubleshoot the login issues of my TP-Link AC1750 Archer C7?

There are many reasons why this issue occurs with your TP-Link router. Here, we provide some troubleshooting steps to help with it.

  • Make sure your device has been connected to your TP-Link Router’s network. It should be through any type like on WiFi or Ethernet Connection. Otherwise, you cannot access the TP-Link login page with the URL address www.tplinkwifi.net.
  • If you receive an error message from your TP-Link router. It might be because you have cached the public IP address of tplinkwifi.net. You need to clear your browser caches and history. Use the following browser to login to TP-Link Router.
  • Google Chrome
  • Internet Explorer
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

Alternatively, you can also use a different browser or device. For example, if you normally use Google Chrome, then close Google Chrome. Try Mozilla Firefox to access tplinkwifi.net

You can also use the TP-Link router’s IP address http://192.168.0.1 or https://192.168.1.1 to login instead of the default web address tplinkwifi.net.

NOTE: It is very important to know that, the IP address 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 is not your Router’s IP address, if the Network Manager or Administrator has changed it before.

  • If you are using multiple network connections at the same time. Such as wired, wireless and VPN, it is recommended to disable or disconnect all your internet and VPN connections and only wired connection to your TP-Link Router.
  • Power cycle your TP-Link Router and ISP Modem, and if possible, also restart your desktops, laptops or phones used to access tplinkwifi.net.
  • You can remove the power cable and plug it back in after 5 seconds. Press on the power button twice to reboot your TP-Link Router.
  • For the Computer or Mobile device, you can temporarily disable the firewall and antivirus software. It happens whenever it thinks the login web page insecure and blocks them.
  • You can go to the Control Panel of your Windows PC to disable the Windows firewall.

If these above methods still fail to access your Router’s login page, you may try the factory reset to TP-Link AC1750 Router.
