Three Main Parts of a WCF Endpoint
Address

Binding
Specifies how to communicate with the service.Defines protocols (HTTP, TCP), message encoding (text, binary), and security settings.
Contract
Defines what functionality the service exposes.Specifies the operations (methods) available to the client.
