Those constraints are used to specify the limit on the data type of the table. That can be specified while creating or altering the table statement. The sample of constraints are:

  • NOT NULL
  • CHECK
  • DEFAULT
  • UNIQUE
  • PRIMARY KEY
  • FOREIGN KEY
