Hi Allen, 

You need to use Text Abbreviation. It is used when you want to show text when we move curser to some specific text, link, image, graph etc.


Example for each case is given below:

For link :
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title>Text Abbreviation</title>
</head>
<body>
<p> <abbr title="MindStick"> <a
href="http://www.mindstick.com">This is a link</a>
</abbr>.</p>
</body>
</html>


For Text:
<!DOCTYPE html>

</head>
