How to append the values to the Dictionary after each iteration

Hi buddy

I am beginner in c# programming.I am coding a linq query to store the results in a dictionary after each iteration. But the variable stores only the last iteration values. I guess its because of the new operator used in the linq query. Can anyone help me. I really appreciate your help.
