Hi Ashish,

Firstyou have to add web.config file in folder and in your web.config add this rule

<defaultDocument enabled="true">
   <files>      
       <clear/>
       <add value="index.aspx"/>     
   </files>
</defaultDocument>
  <modules runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true"/>
