When I ask a question in Perplexity with documents attached, I sometimes want to know which claims came from those files and which came from web results. Are the citations clear enough to trace that distinction, especially when both sources support the same point?

I’m not looking for a general explanation of Spaces; I’d like to hear how people check source provenance in an actual answer before relying on it.
