I’m reviewing long reports with Claude, and some of the tables run across several pages. The column headings appear only on the first page, while later pages carry on with more rows. I’m not sure whether Claude keeps those rows attached to the right columns when it summarizes the document.

Has anyone tested this with tables split across pages? Do you provide the PDF as-is, or prepare the pages or table separately before asking questions about the figures?
