I’m testing the DeepSeek API from a small service that sends several requests at once. I’m not sure how to plan for rate limits when traffic briefly spikes: should I cap concurrency on my side, queue requests, or rely on retries when the API pushes back?
If you’ve handled parallel requests with DeepSeek, what response or limit behavior should I watch for, and how do you keep retries from creating an even bigger burst?
