I’m considering Perplexity for research across a collection of uploaded reports. When an answer combines details from several documents, I’d like to see not just a citation, but which uploaded files support each individual claim.

Does it keep that attribution clear when multiple files cover the same subject, or do citations sometimes become hard to map back to the right document or page? If you’ve used it for a multi-file review, what did you find?
