My Gemini doesn't have the image option at all. Videos on YouTube show people making images. Where is it?

Depends on where you are, what account you're on, and which model you've picked in the dropdown. Not every model can make images, so first thing, check the model list and pick one that mentions images.
If it's still not there, it's likely your region hasn't got it yet, or your Google account has an age set that blocks it, or you're on a work account where the admin has turned it off. None of those you can fix from inside Gemini.
If you do have it and it's refusing, it's the content. Gemini is very careful about real people and anything that looks like a brand. Describe instead of name.
