03-Jan-2025To stop your website emails from going to spam/junk:
Set Up Authentication: Configure the following in your domain: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
Avoid Spammy Content: Do not use informal and considering words to your audience Rather avoid any words such as “FREE” or “ACT NOW.”
Include Unsubscribe Options: However, where a user has expressly chosen a default option, make it just as easy for the user to opt out of it.
Clean Your Email List: Delete/disable addresses, which have no chance of receiving messages or belong to a ‘do-not-reply’ list.
These steps improve email deliverability and reduce the chance of emails being flagged as spam.
