Chatbot or AI Chatbot is a software application that mimics a human having a conversation with a user is called an AI chatbot. A chatbot is a computer software created with the intention of performing conversation with people. 
While not all chatbots use artificial intelligence (AI), contemporary chatbots increasingly do so by using conversational AI methods like natural language processing (NLP) to comprehend user inquiries and provide automated answers.

Working:

  • When a user interacts with an AI chatbot, the chatbot analyzes their input for meaning and intent.
  • It then generates an appropriate response, mimicking a real person’s conversational style.
  • These chatbots learn from interactions without requiring human to train them individually.

Particularly talking about Deep Learning Chatbots:

  • Deep learning chatbots are created using machine learning algorithms but require less human intervention compared to traditional rule-based chatbots.
  • These chatbots can imitate human-like conversations by leveraging artificial neural networks, which consist of multiple layers of interconnected algorithms.

In summary, AI chatbots understand spoken or written human language and respond like real people, making them valuable tools for automating tasks and providing instant assistance.
