When you remove your bookmarks by mistake from Google Chrome you can use these procedures to bring them back.
1. Press the Undo option found inside the Bookmark Manager In the Bookmark Manager pop-up (Ctrl + Shift + O) you can undo your delete action right away by pressing Ctrl + Z (Windows) or Command + Z (Mac).
2. You can bring back your Chrome bookmarks on Windows computers through the backup file.
When Chrome ends its session it replaces the bookmark backup that exists. To restore them:
Navigate to C:\Users[Your Username]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default.
Find the Bookmarks and Bookmarks.bak files in this location.
Rephrase Bookmarks to Bookmarks.old and Bookmarks.bak using the real name Bookmarks.
You can restore the removed bookmarks after restarting Chrome.
3. Check Google Account Sync
Check Google Chrome Sync to restore your bookmarks since they were synced to your Google account. After signing into Chrome turn on bookmark synchronization to bring back your bookmarks.
4. Use System Restore (Windows Only)
Use System Restore to return your files to a recent time when your bookmarks were intact when they got deleted.
If basic solutions fail you can restore bookmarks manually or use third-party recovery programs to recover deleted files.
